This is with regards to one of the couriers being deliverd to Pune from Amtitsar. The courier was a cardboard box, size 11 inches by 7 inches by 6 inches (approx) and weighing about 1 Kg.
The courier man who deliverd the box took away Rs. 195.00 as ocroi charges for that courier and handed over their own company's personla ocroi slip.
The box contained some toys and clothes.
This is total harrasmant by the courier company.
