Irresponsible service

I had sent rakhi to my brother thru this courier service on 29th of july to ahmedabad n he has not recieved my courier till yet n the festival of rakhi has also passed now. i enquired twice in their meerut office n everytime they said mam has left now or v'll call u as soon as v cum to know the status of ur courier n its almost a 9 days now they have not answered my call . neither they r giving me a satisfactory answer nor ther r sorry for their irresponsibility. i m really hurt by all this. i would like to suggest to all the other consumers not to take services from this co. as they r very very irresponsible people. i would rather say its a 3rd class courier service. they shoud rather close their services if they can not provide gud services to the consumers.
