After 12 days courier have not delive

My son send me courier by on dot courier and cargo ltd on 7 th Feb but still after 12 days i haven't delivered by company it was very urgent document which was suppose to delivered to 9th but just because of company's bad service and negligence i haven't received it pl z help me in it.
