Non selivery of medicines

My self Dr. Amit Mishra, i have sent medicines to one of my patient due to urgency through on dot couriers and cargo ltd mumbai khar branch on 9/09/08.but it is not delivered till date.patient is getting serious &she has to have other medicines because of non receipt of my medicines. i am trying to contact on dot persons but they are not taking it seriously.who will be responsible for all this?
