I had sent some medicines to my cousin at SATNA on 24-09-09 vide cons. no.215186698. These were urgent medicines which are not available anywhere except delhi and mumbai. However there is no trace of consignment till 03-10-09.customer service is very poor and discourteous. phones are not answered and no proper reply is forthcoming.
