I have despatched a courier through your service from Pune on Thursday, 20 August. The destination is Dwarka, New Delhi. The docket number is 228828700.

Your representatives are telling me over the phone that this has not been delivered yet because it's been misplaced by them, either at the Pune office or Delhi office. However, no one is willing to tell me where exactly this has occured. I shall be pursuing this matter through legal counsel, if I do not receive a satisfactory reply from your end by tomorrow. Your staff is least co-operative over the phone and refuse to answer it also. I've wasted 3 days trying to get them to answer my calls. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and respond accordingly.

When I tried mailing the above to the email id mentioned on their website, it bounced back with a permanent delivery failure notification. Shocking!
