Nobody is able to track my Parcel containing Medicines

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the Medicines which were booked on 12th of August from Kalka to Kolkata. This packet was containg medicines and till date it has not reached its destination. Nobody is aware of its whereabout and even on-line tracking system of On Dot is also not showing any status.

We are worried about the packet and nobdy is responding on the same.

Looking at the complaints put on by so many people I believe they should be punished for the same.

It is a pathetic service and at the same time nobody is ready to take the responsibilty...

Please suggest how can we lodge complaint against them.

Consignment number for the same is - 301188498 dated 12th August.
