One stop shop
DO NOT GIVE IRTC CERTIFICATE

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I RAKESH SHARMA residing at BHAYANDER. I had applied for IRCTC Rail ticket booking Agent through One Stop Shop IN MARCH. According to this as per the company rules I should get IRCTC CERTIFICATE within 60 days but unfortunately I regret to inform you that till date i have not received the IRCTC CERTIFICATE from the company.

In this connection i would like to write to you that as of now it is understood from the company's side that issuing of IRCTC CERTIFICATE has been stopped. I am really suprised that without giving us the information about the stoppage they are not supposed to stop it.

I would like your good self to kindly let me know what kind of action can I take for getting my certificate.
