Onida 21" Oxigen200, purchased from M/s.hah Electronics Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd, Vani Nagar, Hyderabad- Pin-500047-India, on 8-03. Now while watching tv programe on 11-05, at 14 hrs

it was suddenly cut off and nothing is seen in the tv screen. We have then lodged a complaint to the above vendor as per compalint No.716380344 and they told us company service personel will attend within 48 hrs. But when noboddy attended to this till 48 hrs of our complaint we have again called up to the vendor and as well as to the ompany's service Nos, 040-23236464, &04066833000. In spite of my repeated calls they neither responded nor they keep the receiver off position or an engaged position. As such I request your good office to take up the matter and do the nedful and ensure your proper service to the customers like me which will keep your reputation on high esteem.
