Onida A.C- works for 10 minutes ONLY

Purchased Onida 1.5 Ton Window A.C., around 8 months before Dee Kay Electronics, Ghumar mandi, Ludhiana, Punjab. After the purchase soon Winters set in, didn't got much time to use. Now in the summers, The so called Onida "A.C" works for only 10 minutes at night. Wish to contact the Advertisement maker, who says, "A.C. is not an A.C. if does not Cools in 47 degrees, Buy Onida A.C". Want to ask did you tried it, u must have not. SHAME ON ONIDA.

Called up customer complaint cell, guy came, told it is working fine, so chilling, that water is coming out of his eyes, this is what he said. FAKE!!

Again called up on 8/6/09 at Adinos Service Centre at Ludhaina, gave complaint number 0917, No body came till date i.e 12/6/09
