No Parking for the School Van, ambulance, Fire veichle

Sir, The builder verbally told all the buyers of the flats in adarsh enclave apartments in Moddbidri-Mangalore that, a parking unit at the entrance will be reserved for general publice use. Where as the specified parking lot has been sold by the Builder MRS Asha Mallya w/o Nithyananda Mallya to one of the Flat owner who already own a parking space in the same building. The party that bought 2 units of parking space is causing inconvenience to othe flat owners of the society as the entrance has become narrow. The 20 flats have paid appx rupees 12 lakhs as stamp duty and pays appx Rs.12, 000 every year as property tax to the muncipal corporation. The Builder should be adviced to provide a proper entrance to the building and to provide a space for parking the school van, ambulance or a fire viechle.
