Not received Money from ATM

Dear Sir

I have a salary account in your bank vide A/c. No:-01470150028153, on 30th.of June my salary hasbeen credited in my account, amount is Rs.11864/-same day i have tried to withdraw Rs.11600/-from ICICI ATM

Area-waghodia Road, Vadodara. Time:-21-00pm.but amount hasnot comes from ATM only receipt comes of debit amount Rs.11600/-next day of dt.1/7/09 i have lodged the complain in hdfc customer care and on 2/7/09 i have fillup the Card dispute form in hdfc Ankleshwar Branch also.bank has given the complain no:-AHD009035.but till dt.there no result nor revert to me.

Kindly check and solve my problem imme.
