Trouble in logging in

As per my request, SBI, MG Road branch, Secunderabad has provided Internet banking ID & password. As advised by them, I have started logging in after 36 hours, with User ID & Password provided in the letter. But every time, I am receiving a message stating that " your user name & password are incorrect". Please help me & resolve the issue.
