Dear Sir,

I have purchased the Kodak 9.2 Megapixel Camera From your end. My order No: OGB090002939, Dtd.27.10.2009. My ITBC membership No provided by you is ITBC09136218, Log in Web ID 1596218. I have received the consignment. Whereas I am unable to avail my free gifts thro your website given by you in the invoice www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm Whenever I am trying to open the site, it was not at all working wherein you have indicated that on receipt of invoice within 60 days, I have to log in to avail my gifts. As provided by you, I have sent msgs.to response@indiatodaybookclub.com and feedback@indiatodaybookclub.com and tried to contact over phone. But nothing works out. Especially whenever I am trying to call you over phone more than 3 minutes I have to hear only the recorded informations. None of your executives will lift the phone and answer us. But when I am trying to search about your site through web, I understood that not alone myself Number of people purchased and suffered and expressing their opinions in websites. As a reputed company why you are cheating the people like us. If you are unable to offer, sell only the products and not shown any additional vouchers / gifts etc., But this would be the lesson for the people like us not to purchase any thing through ITBC. However, let me know the status of my free gifts immediately. How can I proceed further. Expecting your reply atleast through my E-Mail. secunderabad@cethar.com & vijaayaa@hotmail.com
