I cannot login and they did not respond for any enquiry

I send Rs.2000 for Online data entry. They send username and password. But yet I cannot login to the member's area. They said it was the problem of server. They send 50 pages by email and after typing I send it back. After that there is no response. The pages sent by them is not clear. Daily I am trying to communicate them by email. But yet there is response.
