Item not delivered. Very Poor Customer Service

Placed an order for an window-AC to be delivered in Chennai. The site claims a gurantee of delivery within 7 days from the date of order. The order was placed on 5th July and the product is yet to be delivered (as of 15th July)!! I call them and send them repeated mails but none of them have any clue on the status of the order. They do not have the basic courtesy to reply to the mails sent asking for the status of the order. Customer service sucks big time!
