Recharge Failed: Fraud

I am a regular user of Recharge it now.com... online recharge site. At first I found it very useful as its easy to recharge from anywhere in the world. But one fraud they do is once you have a transaction getting failed, you will never get the money back. They are so clever that they have not left any phone numbers or addresses of their company. After getting failed, I tried recharging again but of no use. Again the transaction got failed and all of the money went out of my account. Am tired of writing and complaining against such companies who never credits customer's money back. I dont know how far they will take the business like this.
