Fraud while sending gift through this Site floraindia.com

Hi,

I have ordered gift from this WebSite http://www.floraindia.com

they are promising to send gift carefully and what ever they are showing.

But while I have ordered from them, flower bokie cost 375 rs, 1 KG Cake cost 625 rs n 1 Sweer teddy cost 425,

but when reciepent has recieved all these, all the things were disorganized, the teddy was too much small and will not be more than 20 Rs. so are just cheating through their website and playing with consumer imotions and money as well.
