Hi, it's being a long time (more than a month approx.) I have filled a form to open the account with Kotak securities with Mr. Suresh Pal. The cheque bearing # 000001of Rs. 50750/- was also cleared from my Kotak Bank Savings Account # 06620110000536 on 28th December. However till date I have not yet received the welcome kit through which I can trade in equity market. For this I have even written a mail at customerservice@kotaksecurities.com on 12th Jan Query Id # 2136837. but I am not receiving any response from them on time last mail I have send to them on 14th Jan but I have not seen anything in written from them yet. Please look into this matter and reply me ASAP. I am waiting for your quick and prompt reply.
