Hi,

I got the sms on my mobile this morning 40 shares of On Mobile Global have been credited in my account. I have DMAT account with HDFC Securities and when I’m checking it online in DMAT Balances with HDFC Securities I’m getting message (Transaction unsuccessful. Message: No Securities Available in Your Account).

I called up at HDFC Securities customer care and they told me to contact you. I called at Hyderabad contact no and executive told me shares have been transferred in my account but it is not reflecting in HDFC account. On Mobile Global IPO is listing on Friday 15/02/07.HDFC Securities customer care people are saying there is some fault from Karvy end they cannot do anything in this case.

My DMAT ac/no-23718342, Trading ac/no-676355, Application no-12527995 and DPid no-IN301151.

Kindly let me know when these 40 shares of On Mobile Global will be credited in my account. Kindly Revert ASAP.
