Incorrect information in railway enquiry counte

I have got a reservation from Chirala to Chennai in Grand Trunk Express bound to Chennai on 30/06.

PNR No.2349817362

The train's scheduled departure at 'Chirala' station was at 12.36 a.m. I called railway enquiry in chirala railway station at around 11.15 p.m for the status of the G.T. Express. I was told that the train was 1hour 15mins late and it will come at 1.45 a.m.

But, when i reached the station at 1.25 a.m., i found that the had already left at 1.10 a.m. It was because of the wrong information from enquiry personnel, i missed my train, myreservation got wasted and I came to chennai by another train taking a general ticket again with lot of troubles in general compartment during night time.

I dont have any evidence to fix the enquiry personnel for the wrong phone information they have given.

Please take action on responsible personnel for giving wrong information especially to reservation passengers during night hours.
