OP Jindal School
Not Giving the Transfer certificate

I am study in OP Jindal School Basl in eleventh. my Father is transfer from patratu to deoghar and when i came to school and given him a written that my father is transfer and i want to quit this school and changing my school. the principle tell me that give the fee of full session then will give your transfer certificate because this our cbse rules.

Is this your rule, if not, then tell me that what can I Do?
