Winner of a prize in the international phone number draw

I received from mobile number: 35989139871 on March 27 a text message on my mobile number: 971505481915 mentioning that I have won the amount of 450, 000 pounds in the on going international phone number draw in UK, then I was asked to call 447045754780 or to email to: telecoms@live.com in order to claim and get my prize.

After sending an email to: telecoms@live.com to ask about some details, I received a reply from Mr. Bright Klingon (Telephone number: 447045754780) asking me to claim before April 4th to the fiducial agent Dr. Greg Edward at: claims@02telecom.org

I just would like to know if the above contact details belong to your organization and if my prize is real so I can claim before April 4th to get it.
