Hi,

I am Kommi Ramya, Working in Oracle in Bangalore.

A person by name Gokul called from 914442842331 and gave all wrong information.

I am holding my Credit card in ICICI Bangalore. I got the call from Gokul from #914442842331 one month back he was telling that i had applied for Health card along with credit card, u cant discard that, and it is already activated.

"If you want to cancel the insurance then u need to pay 4, 500 for credit card."

So now you will get a call from ICICI Lombard tell that you are accepting the card later within two days I will De-activate your card without any charges and he activated it now.

I contacted customer care for this they told they will charge 1250 for cancellation charges.

Customer care is not accepting any complaint also for this issue.

I really want you to take a sevior action against this person and I need to cancel my Health card without any charges.

Please help me.
