I was charged excessively for a low cost service

I went to this lady for hair straightening. The first time I asked her to use Matrix (Rs. 4000), but the product didnot suit my hair, Therefore there was no result.

The second time she suggessted L oreal and promised me a better shine and better looking hair. She asked me to pay an extra (Rs. 2500), I agreed and took her service. But this time my hair became frizzier and I couldn t even leave it open cause of the denseness.

This lady refused to reimburse me and also took no onus of the service she provided. I paid altogether Rs 6, 500 for below standard service and poor customer handling standards by the parlour.

When I went to visit her, I was agitated and explained that somethign needs to be done. To that she says Rs. 6500 is not too much and that she hasn t charged for the extra service (God knows what) that she provided.
