W580i display problem

Hi

I purchased Sony ericson w580i (IMEI No. 353736020941664) on 06/10 and since last month i have display problem.

I contacted many sony ericsson customer service centres for this problem and they are saying that no stock for LCD and they have ordered for it. Many of people are spending money and trsted this company but you people are playing games with customers.this is not the correct way to treat customer. It would be great if get any direct contact to discuss this problem.
