Disabling the Cricket live messages

I have been asking to disable the live cricket updates on my phone number. I went to the Airtel office to disable it thrice. Everytime they said it is disabled, but till date it is not disabled. I keep send cancel messages to Airtel but no action is taken.

There are some services which are automatically added on your phone, which is the most irritating part of AIRTEL.

Please DISABLE CRICKET LIVE messages on my phone number (9740644200).
