Not received my PF from old company (Traveljini.com) from 2003 till date somebody help me pls

I was working in Travel jini till company has submitted the PF forms 05/06 but i have still not recieved the PF till date. Forms were submitted in mubai PF office & my bank account # 000201027640.

PF # BAN/44635/000098.

I received acknowlegment saying PF check is sent to ICICI Bank but they are saying they didnt recieve the check. I dont know whose problem is this now.

Can you guys help me.
