Inferior quality of bristles

I am using oralb cross action from last 3-4 years and since then I had not changed the label of my toothbrush as I was completely satisfied with the quality of the brush overall. But this time when I bought the pack of two and one free with it. It is completely pathetic. The quality of bristles is such inferior that I cant even compare it with any other brand. Before it used to be that the quality was so good that it was uncopareable from rest of the brushes. But as of now it is worst of all and all is gone. This is for sure that in future I am not going to use this brand and have to look for something else. Also I hope that this complaint will go through the ears of manufacturer.
