Not identifying and replacing defective equipments

I purchased a Cheverlet Spark LT from Orange Auto visakhapatnam, its battery is getting down and becoming dead

before the first servicing itself. The Orange Auto men said it is a maloperation by me. But the problem not vanished even though their guidelines followed, after that my several requests they kept vehicle with them for 20 odd days then returned the vehicle saying audio/vedio system or center locking system is defective hence dis connected and you trail with condition and we will check afterwards, now they confirmed the problem with these accessories but hesitating to replace the even the warranty period is available.
