I received a mail from the said company(?) stating that I have won $3, 000, 000, 00 (Three Million USD). I have been contacted by One Mr William James (Prize Administrator) on behalf of the company. I was also been contacted by Mr Oscar Alex Dwlroy of Head of Financial Service Authority Manchester Regional Office & Dr Jhonbosco Emigine Divisional Dirctor Of Finance Natwest Bank PLC . But now they are asking 550GBP (INR47, 800) for the issuence of Fund Release Order (F.R.O.).

My question is the above said Mobile Draw is correct?
