Cheeting clarification

I recieved a message on my mobile stating that uour mobile has won $ 3000000 to claim contact ukorangedraws@live.com which i did he adviced me to send in a mail stating that to claim Email remittance.natwestbankdept@f-mail.net which i did they asked me to provide the Fund release order,

Driving lisence & price winning certificate from which i did then they asked me to deposit the amount of 1630 GBP which include 850 GBP for VAT & rest for bank wire charge they intially adviced me to make the deposit of 850 GBP only & provided me the Fund transfer slip which i want ro clarify with you if it is true because they are forcing me to make the deposit of the remailning to process the fund transfer which i have not done i have attached the fund transfer slip & prize winning certificate which i have recieved from these guys so please verify if it is true & reply me back on the mail
