Urning of dry leaves resulting in serious health problems

Hello,

we have been suffering from a serious problem from last 2-3 years. There is a school in our locality (govt boys senior secondary school naraina vihar B-Block, New Delhi-110028), the cleaning staff or the care taking staff or the gaurds whosoever stays in the premisis of the school lits huge fire with the dry leaves of the trees which are present there in the school. This produces huge ammont of smoke resulting in serious health problems for the people who have got allergy problem and breathing diseases. The smoke remains in the air for many hours because of which even healthy people are also developing allergy problems. This is happening everyday without any break. We went to the principle of the school to talk about this issue, but dint got any support and help from their side too.

It would be very kind if somthing could be done for our problem.
