Orange dongle
WONG account

6weeks ago i went in the shop where i got my dongle and my phone and my partners phone from to give them my new bank details (as i had tried to to this buy phone and they keeped putting me through to the wrong departrment) the guy in there was very helpfull and managed to get through to the right department, the new bank details was given for all 3 accounts, on the11-08-09 i receved a letter from my old account saying i was being charged 35 pounds as orange have tride to take out 14.67 for my dongle, my phone bills are coming out of the new account, how has this happend? on the 13-08-09 i tried 3 times to sort this out and keped beeing put to the wrong department in the end the lady told me to go to the shop where i got the dongle and sort it out with them and she put down the phone, today i spoke to a guy called jim who told me that orange have not receved any phone calls off me since last year.so that means i must be wrong!! so how did you get my new bank details, your taking our phone bills out off our new account, some one has messed up and now i have to pay 35pounds for it, our phone contract runs out soon and i will not be renewing our contract.
