Complaints regarding orange intl draw

Sir,

I had got an sms on my mobile number 9846842172 that I had won a prize of about Rs.30, 00, 000$.I have mailed you to know regarding the procedures to be followed. From your reply mail I came to know that I have to pay a court fees of Rs.21, 000 Indian rupeees. But on what assurance I shall pay such a big amount without any authentic records? Upto this we have only received a sms from you. During the transaction of such a high amount, I don't think an sms is sufficient. So I request you to send me some authentic records before remittance of the court fee.

Moreover, in your sms you had given a mobile number of Mr. Philip. Eventhough I tried a lot I was not able to connect him. In order to proceed further, we need some solid proo from youf. Waiting for a positive reply.
