Fraud... and quality less delivery

I purchases sofa set, center table, and cot as offer for Rs, 28000/- from orange wood. I paid the full payment on May 11th. After 4 months they delivered the cot and the sofa. Cot was not proper and it got damaged in two months itself.

When i asked for the replacement for the cot they keep on escaping by saying so many reasons, and till now no step has been taken for the same.

I have paid Rs 3000 /- for the center table. but they have delivered the different center table for worth Rs 1000/- and gave the bill also for Rs.1000/- but now they are claiming that bill was sent wrong the its worth 3000/- only. but really as per the quality of the center table its not even worth for 1000
