Efund of booking ammount

I Squadron Leader R C Tiwari had booked a flat in orange premium. I had paid Rs.200000/- as the booking ammount, the company had agreed to pay me Rs7500/- per month as planned. The ammount was paid to me for only two months there after the cheque bounced . when i tried to enquire about it i was given all sort of stories, now the company office is closed and my money is stuck, being in defence it is becoming difficult to follow up the case . it is requested that i may please be helped out and guided correctely.
