Non delivery of furniture

I had booked furniture with orange woods in may 08, as part of an offer, wherein i paid Rs. 33, 500 for a combination of sofa set, cot, wall unit, centre table, and dining table.

In spite of several reminders by way of phone calls to their MG road office, and personal visit to banaswadi showroom, there is no hope of getting the centre table and dining table. The kind of response shows very clearly that it is a fraudulent company, and run by some influential crooks.

I would like to register this case with consumer forum, and get compensation for this torture. Can you suggest the way forward? Where do I register the case?
