Cheated lakhs of rupees

After seeing ad of a site on old madras road (budhiere road) for european township, I decided to to check it out and reached the site. What I saw was hundred of people booking the site and I saw that almost all of the sites were booked. Thinking that it might be good investment, I also booked a site by paying 2Lakhs.

Few weeks later when I called their office for the status, I cam e to know that the site is in some other name. I visited their office in Prestige meredian. They re-alloted my site and promised that it happened by mistake and asked me to sign the agreement by paying another 6 Lakhs. I got the papers from them and thought of giving some more time before signing agrement.

Few weeks earlier I found that the propery guys have moved out and none of their phones are working.

If anyone else has also faced similar situation, pls. let me know if any case has been filed against them.

I m planning to file complaint in consumer court. Lets get united and show these goons that they cannot get away with our hard earned money.
