Fraud by Orange

I have booked a flat in the Month of Dec and paid 3lacs and 22 thousand against the Orange township and made the sale agreement for a return cheque of 5000 till the project completion, however i never received money nor any confirmation, on calling them they only provide assurance.

I have made three visit to the company office and made my plea for the return where they have agreed to return back in three months time and i asked for immediate return, they even didnt allow me to speak to the senior represenative...

Please help in getting our moneey back
