Free site cheating

2-3 months back Orange property came up saying if we buy any product/furniture from them worth above Rs25000/- we shall provide a free site near Tavarekere/sirshi close to Tumkur. When i approached them they tried avoiding me. Later after forcing them they provided the Allotment letter and informed me that the site visit and registration will happen in month of July. Now the office is closed.
