Furniture promised is not delivered yet

I have ordered for household furniture on 4th May. Orange woods promised that they will deliver withinn 15 days. I made full payment at the time of order.

Today is 4th December, I have not received full material yet even after 7 months. please help.

They can't play with people's money like this.
