Furniture not deliverd

I had ordered Orange Furniture based on Orange Promotion in Times of India and other papers that land is free along with purchase of Sofa set.

- I paid for the Sofa on 22nd March. The amount is Rs28344. Sofa was to be delivered within 4 weeks.

- When they did not deliver the sofa even after 2 months, I sought the money back

- They said they will pay the money as they had problems with the carpenter and sofa manufacturer

- They said they will pay 12% interest too

- But it is 3 months now, they have neither delivered sofa nor land nor the money is returned

- I've called them repeatedly and went to their office at Banasvadi, but it is a waste of time

- Someone keeps dying everytime I go there

- I realize they have made a fool out of me, but I'll fight till I get my money back with interest
