Furniture not delivered since payment (it's 2 months now)

Dear Sir,

I have booked a soft for 18000/-(approx) with Orange woods in the first week of May. I have pad the initial advance of Rs 10000/-. It has been 2 months since then, neither I have received the sofa nor aany refund back. I have been running from pillar to post calling up everbody from their corporate office to their showroom. No response from their end...

Please help .. How do I file a complaint with the consuer forum to gey back my money
