Doctors kill our father: negligent and wrong treatment

Sir,

I am Pushparaj 29, live in Chidambaram, cuddalore dt, Tamilnadu. Our father expired on 14/03/09 at Puducherry IndiraGandhi Govt., Hospital due to negligent treatment of Doctors. Before he admited at Chidambaram Annamalainagar Raja Muthiah Medical College for hernia surgery. But there the Practicing Doctors make mistake. After that he loss energy and he sick. When we approach that Same Hospital Doctor who run private clinic at chidambaram he told that our father was out of condition so immediatly take him to puducherry. But Puducherry Doctors also kill our father.

Now we are orphaned whether we also loss our mother when we are child.after that our father was all. Now anyone tell me Could it possible to suit case against Both Annamalai and Puducherry Doctors. After six months later. Please help to us.
