Increase in super area duing possession (93sq ft)

Hi,

I booked a flat in Orchid Petal, Sohna Road Gurgaon during 2005 for 1712sqft flat (3 BHK) and paid 95% of total cost 2 years back. now after much delay the builder has sent the possession letter to my and everyone surprise the area now has been revised by builder to 1805 and demanding for addition payment towards it. Also the builder is not talking about any panaulty. I have already met with 5 more customers as mine and we are looking for a smooth settelemnt with builder... can you help
