My complaint is against my share broker- Monarch project & finmarkets ltd. On 24 th jan my A/C was debit appro. Rs.225000. I was paying late payment charges in cash. On 24 th morning they called me and told me that credit your A/C today imm. I have given Rs.100000 cheque and told them that to sell my shares but they have not sold shares which was instructed my me because they are insider trader in those securities. They have sold my marico 3000 shares instead of madhav marble, lokesh, lok housing etc Due to my this complaint and others relating issues, they have not transfered my DP a/c to other DP. I have registered this complaint to SEBI on 24/07 (ref no. 0060069/01). They sent my complaint to NSDL. My broker wrote a letter to NSDL that they are ready to transfer my shares but they have not contacted me even today. My main problem is that my portfolio is reduced from Rs.1100000 to Rs.415000. Who will bare this loss of appro. Rs. 7 lacs? Pl. guide me. I have sold my house and invested in this shares. I am in depression.pl...
