Epeated booking but failure in transaction

AB KING PRO- ORDER BOOKING NO-1704999, dt-02-10-09 but there wasfailure in transaction, but it was not communicated to me at all. Then i ordered again on 12-10-09 AB KING PRO- ORDER BOOKING NO 1708734. But still i am not getting that transaction from my credit card details on 13-10-09.There is

repeated booking but failure in transaction which is not communicated to me and proper care should be taken for that.
