Poor Service of ordermonger.com Hyderabad

I ordered food cost to Rs.1000 from this online service from which food can be ordered from several restaurents in Hyderabad. They brought the food 2hrs and 10 mins post order, the food was so cold that we had to cook and eat. The bad part is every 15 mins when i was calling them they were confirming that they will reach in 10 mins time. I beleived each time because the restaurent is actually 10 mins away from my home.

I writting this so that people do not get fooled in to food getting deloivered at the click of a button.
