Delivery not received even after 3 weeks

I have placed my order no.111814330 on 28-8-09 which according to you was shipped on 2-9-09. The parcel has not reached me. I have made several complaints through FEEDBACK. but there is no response from you. That is the least I can tell about how much you care about your customers once you receive the payment. You do not furnish even your telephone number to enable the aggrieved customers to contact in this type of situations. All that we receive is a computerised reply which is not followed up.

I request you to kind refund the amount if you are unable to arrange to send me the goods I have ordered.
